Case Report: A Rare Presentation of Carcinoma Endometrium

Normally endometrial carcinoma presents with post-menopausal bleeding in the majority of cases. It rarely haematometra. If it does, reaches term pregnant uterus size. This case report is a rare presentation which was at first diagnosed as huge ovarian mass later found out to be haematometra intraoperatively. There discordant finding between invasions distant metastasis (Local invasion stage 1A lung should 4B). an uncommon combined occurrence but least we learnt there can possible different for cancer. further proved that almost all turn associated carcinoma.
